Beer Cheese

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 (12 ounce) can beer
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook bacon and crumble.
  • 2 in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat warm up the beer.
  • 3 once beer is warm stir in the cream cheese and stir until melted.
  • 4 add in bacon pieces, dry mustard and shredded cheddar.
  • 5 stir frequently until melted and smooth.
