Chili

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 29 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili beans
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, diced
  • 1 -2 tablespoon cumin
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet chili seasoning mix (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat and drain. combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer. cook over low heat for 2 รข€“ 3 hours. we serve this over rice with cheese and sour cream on top!
