Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 29 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili beans
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, diced
- 1 -2 tablespoon cumin
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups water
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet chili seasoning mix (optional)
Recipe
- 1 brown meat and drain. combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer. cook over low heat for 2 รข€“ 3 hours. we serve this over rice with cheese and sour cream on top!
