Buffalo Chicken Salad

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 breaded chicken nuggets, strips, deep fried
  • diced tomato
  • 1 julliened onion
  • 1 julliened green pepper
  • 8 ounces frozen corn, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack pepper cheese or 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package flour tortillas, cut in strips, deep fried
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle sweet baby rays barbecue sauce
  • 16 ounces hidden valley ranch salad dressing
  • chopped head lettuce
  • chopped romaine lettuce

Recipe

  • 1 deep fry chicken strips, dip in bbq sauce.
  • 2 deep fry tortilla strips.
  • 3 prepare all veggies as directed in ingredients list.
  • 4 mix bbq and ranch dressing together. 2/3 ranch to 1/3 bbq or to your taste liking.
  • 5 assemble:.
  • 6 bed of mixed lettuce.
  • 7 diced tomatoes.
  • 8 jullienned green peppers.
  • 9 jullienned onions.
  • 10 corn.
  • 11 cheese mix.
  • 12 tortilla strips.
  • 13 chicken strips, jullined in bbq sauce.
  • 14 dressing mix (bbq ranch).
  • 15 enjoy!
