Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed
Recipe
- 1 place flour in medium saucepan. gradually stir in milk until mixture is smooth.
- 2 cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture comes to a boil and thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
- 3 add parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg. cook, stirring 1 minute longer. stir in spinach.
