Ingredients
- 3 cups good quality ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- prepared cannoli shells
Recipe
- 1 whip ricotta with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- 2 add sugar and mix until dissolved.
- 3 add extracts.
- 4 fill shells with a pastry bag or ziplock bag with a hole cut out of a corner.
- 5 dip ends in chips.
- 6 dust with confectioners' sugar and serve on a doily.
- 7 enjoy!
