Chicken Enchiladas

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (12 ounce) cans chicken
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa (i prefer pace thick and chuncky, mild)
  • 20 tortillas
  • 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup mexican cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can black olives
  • 1 pint sour cream (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 mix chicken and salsa. wrap mix in tortillas and put in a baking dish. cover tortillas with heavy whipping cream and bake in over at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
  • 2 add shredded cheese and return to over for 5 minutes.
  • 3 let cool, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
