Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 2 (12 ounce) cans chicken
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa (i prefer pace thick and chuncky, mild)
- 20 tortillas
- 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup mexican cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can black olives
- 1 pint sour cream (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 mix chicken and salsa. wrap mix in tortillas and put in a baking dish. cover tortillas with heavy whipping cream and bake in over at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
- 2 add shredded cheese and return to over for 5 minutes.
- 3 let cool, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
