Chili Cheese Puff

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 9 eggs
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 2 cups 1% fat cottage cheese
- 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies, drained
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup salsa
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 spray 13x9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- 3 combine flour and baking powder in small bowl.
- 4 whisk eggs in large bowl until well blended.
- 5 add cheese, cottage cheese, chilies, salt, sugar and pepper sauce.
- 6 add flour mixture and stir just until combined.
- 7 pour into prepared dish.
- 8 bake, uncovered, 45 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
- 9 let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- 10 serve with salsa.
