Blue Cheese Dressing (helen Corbitt Adaptation)

Ingredients

• 4 ounces cream cheese
• 1/2 cup blue stilton cheese
• 2/3 cup half-and-half
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 teaspoon beau monde seasoning (may omit or to taste)

Recipe

• 1 blend cheeses with the seasonings.
• 2 add mayo alternately with cream.
• 3 whip until smooth and refridgerate for 4 or more hours before serving.
