Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 28 ounces enchilada sauce
- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 4 ounces green chili peppers
- 10 flour tortillas, shells
- 8 ounces mexican cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook the chicken and then put it in a food processor until it is really finely shredded.
- 2 mix the green chiles, the sour cream and 1/2 cup of cheese together.
- 3 preheat the over at 350 degrees.
- 4 add a little enchilada sauce to the bottom of a 9x12 pan.
- 5 add a little of the mixture to each tortilla shell and put in the pan and then add the rest of the cheese and sauce to the top of the tortilla shells.
- 6 cook in the oven for 20 minutes covered with foil.
- 7 remove foil and cook for another 5 minutes to help melt the cheese.
- 8 enjoy!
