Chicken Enchiladas

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 28 ounces enchilada sauce
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces green chili peppers
  • 10 flour tortillas, shells
  • 8 ounces mexican cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook the chicken and then put it in a food processor until it is really finely shredded.
  • 2 mix the green chiles, the sour cream and 1/2 cup of cheese together.
  • 3 preheat the over at 350 degrees.
  • 4 add a little enchilada sauce to the bottom of a 9x12 pan.
  • 5 add a little of the mixture to each tortilla shell and put in the pan and then add the rest of the cheese and sauce to the top of the tortilla shells.
  • 6 cook in the oven for 20 minutes covered with foil.
  • 7 remove foil and cook for another 5 minutes to help melt the cheese.
  • 8 enjoy!
