Chili Bean Dip

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1 can crushed tomato
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can kidney bean, drained
- 1 lb velveeta cheese, roughly chopped
Recipe
- 1 brown meat and onions strirring frequently until crumbly.
- 2 drain off excess fat.
- 3 add tomatoes and spices.
- 4 simmer 15-20 minutes.
- 5 add drained kidney beans and velveeta.
- 6 continue stirring until cheese is melted.
- 7 serve warm.
- 8 dip with frito"scoops".
