Cream Cheese Candy

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 16 ounces powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 put pecans & butter in oven and toast about 15 minutes at 300°f.
  • 2 melt cream cheese over low heat until creamy.
  • 3 add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts; mix very well.
  • 4 put in fridge until set.
