Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mild diced green chilies

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 chop artichoke hearts.
  • 3 combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • 4 pour dip into baking dish. i find my 8" round pan works great for this, so anything with similar dimensions should work.
  • 5 bake for 40 minutes.
  • 6 serve warm.
