Caramel Cheese Tarts

Total Time: 28 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 18 vanilla wafers
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup caramel topping

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 375*.
  • 2 put paper liners in 18 muffin cups.
  • 3 place a vanilla wafer in each cup.
  • 4 beat cream cheese, eggs and sugar until smooth.
  • 5 add vanilla and mix well.
  • 6 fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
  • 7 bake for 20 minutes.
  • 8 cool and drizzle caramel on top.
