Ingredients

- 50 g cream cheese (philadelphia was recommended, have at room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients in a bowl and using hand or bench mixer and blend well together.
- 2 drizzle over salad or present as a dipping sauce.
