Cream Cheese Fruit Dressing

Ingredients

• 250 g cream cheese
• 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tablespoon icing sugar
• 1/2 cup sweet sherry

Recipe

• 1 allow cream cheese to stand at room temperature to soften.
• 2 mash with a fork and work in the orange juice.
• 3 flavour with salt and icing sugar and blend in the sherry.
