Ingredients
- 250 g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
- 1/2 cup sweet sherry
Recipe
- 1 allow cream cheese to stand at room temperature to soften.
- 2 mash with a fork and work in the orange juice.
- 3 flavour with salt and icing sugar and blend in the sherry.
