Cream Cheese Dill Pickle Bites

Total Time: 9 hrs Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • 20 slices bread, edges trimmed
  • 20 dill pickle spears
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon onion juice

Recipe

  • 1 soften cream cheese with a small amount of mayonnaise.
  • 2 (there was no measurement given in the book. i used 1/4 c of mayo, but you may use more or less depending on your taste.) add onion juice to cream cheese/mayonnaise.
  • 3 mix well.
  • 4 spread a layer of this mixture on each slice of bread.
  • 5 put a dill pickle spear on each slice of bread.
  • 6 roll up jelly roll fashion.
  • 7 wrap each roll tightly in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
  • 8 slice each roll in 5 slices.
