Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 fresh tomato
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 slice tomato in half and scoop out inside pulp.
- 2 combine tomato pulp with cream cheese and garlic.
- 3 mix with a mixer for several minutes until smooth.
- 4 place mixture in a small bowl and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper.
- 5 refrigerate until ready to serve.
