Bread Machine Cheese And Bacon Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves (optional)
  • 3/4 cup cubed cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup fried crisp bacon
  • 1 teaspoon bread machine yeast

Recipe

  • 1 select loaf size and add the ingredients according to manufacturer's directions.
  • 2 select dough cycle.
  • 3 when dough is complete, remove to floured surface.
  • 4 cover with plastic wrap: let rest 5 minutes.
  • 5 shape the dough into a loaf of four balls.
