Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- 2 zest lemon (or lime or orange for different flavor) directly into butter/cream cheese.
- 3 add lemon juice and mix well.
- 4 gradually add sifted powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- 5 try not to eat too much before you frost the cake!
