Ingredients
- 1 cup black olives, pitted and drained
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup roasted walnut, chopped
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup romano cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 whirl all the ingredients together in a food processor.
- 2 use as a base for pizza or as a dip.
