- 1 lb cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 lb butter, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter and vanilla together til smooth. add the sugar and beat well on low speed until mixed. increase the speed to high and mix until very light and fluffy.
