Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup shortening ( in color)
• 1 1/2 lbs confectioners' sugar, sifted
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 1 -2 tablespoon milk, as needed

Recipe

• 1 combine cream cheese and shortening in a large bowl and mix at medium speed until light and fluffy.
• 2 add sugar and extract, continue to mix. while mixing add the milk 1 tspn at a time until creamy consistency is achieved.
