Ingredients

• 1 medium sized swiss cheese or 4 small swiss cheese

Recipe

• 1 take the whole cheese divide it into 4 parts & put it in front of the fire & roast before the fire,always turning the spit,or you can do the same thing without dividing the cheeses for the 4 small cheeses.
• 2 when roasted serve with toast.
