Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 2 lbs powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 cube)
  • 1 -2 tablespoon vanilla (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 sift powdered sugar into larger mixing bowl.
  • 2 add softened or melted butter, cream cheese, and vanilla.
  • 3 start mixing slowly, and gradually beat faster as powdered sugar disolves.
  • 4 for a fluffy frosting, beat 5-10 minutes, beat until ingredients are totally mixed in for a "not fluffy" frosting.
  • 5 add milk to thin frosting and powdered sugar to thicken.
  • 6 enough for 1 regular cake, 24-30 cupcakes -- .
