Ingredients

- 2 lbs powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter (1 cube)
- 1 -2 tablespoon vanilla (to taste)
- 1/2 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 sift powdered sugar into larger mixing bowl.
- 2 add softened or melted butter, cream cheese, and vanilla.
- 3 start mixing slowly, and gradually beat faster as powdered sugar disolves.
- 4 for a fluffy frosting, beat 5-10 minutes, beat until ingredients are totally mixed in for a "not fluffy" frosting.
- 5 add milk to thin frosting and powdered sugar to thicken.
- 6 enough for 1 regular cake, 24-30 cupcakes -- .
