Ingredients
- 2/3 cup light cream cheese (about 5 oz)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Recipe
- 1 place room temperature or softened cream cheese and vanilla in a large bowl.
- 2 beat with a mixer at medium speed until fluffy.
- 3 add powdered sugar, beat at low speed until smooth.
- 4 this makes enough for a 9x13" cake -- for an 8" or 9" cake, doubling the recipe works well.
