Artichoke Dip (great As A Casserole Too!)

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (the real stuff)
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 squeeze artichokes to remove all liquid.
  • 2 put chilies on paper towels and squeeze out all liquid.
  • 3 mix everything together completely.
  • 4 spray baking dish with pam cooking spray.
  • 5 spread mixture in dish.
  • 6 sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese on top.
  • 7 bake at 325°f for 35 minutes.
  • 8 enjoy!
