Bacon, Egg, And Cheddar Cups (ww)

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 slices canadian bacon
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup crouton, fat free, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, reduced fat, shredded
  • 1 sprig parsley

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350-degrees f.
  • 2 place 1 slice bacon in each of four custard cups (8 or 10 oz size). pour eggs over bacon and top with tomatoes, croutons and cheddar.
  • 3 place cups on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until eggs are set.
  • 4 garnish with the parsley.
