Cheesy Tomato Egg Omlet

Ingredients

- 2 egg whites
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- 1 tomato (diced)
- fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
- 2 beat egg whites until fluffy.
- 3 once pan is heated, spread fluffed egg whites quickly.
- 4 sprinkle half the tomatoes, basil, and cheese onto omlet and fold.
- 5 after 2 minutes, flip omlet and cook another 2 minutes.
- 6 sprinkle remainder of tomatoes, basil, and cheese on top of omlet.
