Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 12 slices canadian bacon, quartered
- 12 ounces swiss cheese, sliced
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- pepper, to taste
- paprika, to taste
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450o.
- 2 lightly grease 12 x 9 x 2รข€? baking dish.
- 3 layer canadian bacon in bottom of dish.
- 4 add a layer of the swiss cheese on top of canadian bacon.
- 5 beat eggs. add whipping cream to eggs and whip together.
- 6 pour egg and cream mixture over swiss cheese.
- 7 bake in oven for 10 minutes.
- 8 sprinkle parmesan cheese, pepper and paprika on top.
- 9 bake an additional 8 to 10 minutes. let stand 10 minutes and serve.
