Brunch Eggs..........sheryl Webb Shaw

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 12 slices canadian bacon, quartered
  • 12 ounces swiss cheese, sliced
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • pepper, to taste
  • paprika, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450o.
  • 2 lightly grease 12 x 9 x 2รข€? baking dish.
  • 3 layer canadian bacon in bottom of dish.
  • 4 add a layer of the swiss cheese on top of canadian bacon.
  • 5 beat eggs. add whipping cream to eggs and whip together.
  • 6 pour egg and cream mixture over swiss cheese.
  • 7 bake in oven for 10 minutes.
  • 8 sprinkle parmesan cheese, pepper and paprika on top.
  • 9 bake an additional 8 to 10 minutes. let stand 10 minutes and serve.
