Broccoli Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2 mix dressing in a separate bowl & add to the 1st bowl.
  • 3 voila summer refreshment.
