Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine everything in a bowl and whisk together well.
  • 2 cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
