Baked Camembert

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 200 g camembert cheese (or any size round)
- 2 -3 blanched garlic cloves, halved
- 2 tablespoons red wine
- 2 -3 sprigs thyme
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 200 celcius.
- 2 insert garlic into rind of cheese.
- 3 pour over red wine.
- 4 sprinkle thyme on top.
- 5 bake on an oven tray for 10-15 minutes.
- 6 grind fresh black pepper over the top and serve with crusty bread.
- 7 note: sourdough bread goes really well with this - next time i would cut the garlic into slivers instead of halves, so that it could roast more.
