Crab Dip

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 5 green onions (or to taste)
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves (or to taste)
  • 2 cups old cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cans crabmeat, washed and drained
  • 1 sourdough loaf

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven at 350°f.
  • 2 hollow out the sourdogh loaf and save the bread for dipping.
  • 3 mix the first 5 ingredients thouroughly.
  • 4 gently mix in the crab meat.
  • 5 fill hollowed out loaf with crab mixture.
  • 6 cover with double tin foil.
  • 7 bake for an hour and a half.
  • 8 dip in and enjoy!
