Crab Dip

Ingredients
- 500 g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 5 green onions (or to taste)
- 3 crushed garlic cloves (or to taste)
- 2 cups old cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cans crabmeat, washed and drained
- 1 sourdough loaf
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven at 350°f.
- 2 hollow out the sourdogh loaf and save the bread for dipping.
- 3 mix the first 5 ingredients thouroughly.
- 4 gently mix in the crab meat.
- 5 fill hollowed out loaf with crab mixture.
- 6 cover with double tin foil.
- 7 bake for an hour and a half.
- 8 dip in and enjoy!
