- 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
- 2 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped dates (can substitute raisins if you prefer)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sugar free caramel syrup
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1 dash cinnamon
