Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice or 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 whirl all the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
- 2 use as a dip or salad dressing.
