Ingredients
- 8 ounces imitation crabmeat
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (at room temp)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 blend cream cheese, mayo, and lemon juice.
- 2 mince crab in chopper.
- 3 add crab, onions and celery to creme cheese mixture.
- 4 mix well and serve with crackers.
