Creamy Dessert Topping

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt or 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese or 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2-3/4 teaspoon vanilla or 1/2-3/4 teaspoon almond extract

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender or food processor, process all ingredients until light and creamy.
  • 2 cover and refrigerate.
  • 3 serve chilled.
