Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt or 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese or 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2-3/4 teaspoon vanilla or 1/2-3/4 teaspoon almond extract
Recipe
- 1 in a blender or food processor, process all ingredients until light and creamy.
- 2 cover and refrigerate.
- 3 serve chilled.
