Ingredients
- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 teaspoons pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 cut eggs in half lengthwise.
- 2 remove yolks; place in a medium bowl.
- 3 add cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice and sugar. mix until smooth.
- 4 spoon mixture back into egg whites.
- 5 sprinkle tops with paprika.
- 6 refrigerate before serving.
