Cheesy Smothered Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 boneless lamb chops
- lamb seasoning, to taste
- 4 ounces vermont sharp cheddar cheese (i like cracker barrel brand)
- olive oil, to fry
Recipe
- 1 heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
- 2 season lamb chops and pan-fry in skillet until browned and no longer pink.
- 3 place 1 oz cheese on top of each lamb chop, cover and continue to cook 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- 4 remove lamb chops with a slotted spoon, to drain oil.
