Cheesy Smothered Lamb Chops

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless lamb chops
  • lamb seasoning, to taste
  • 4 ounces vermont sharp cheddar cheese (i like cracker barrel brand)
  • olive oil, to fry

Recipe

  • 1 heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
  • 2 season lamb chops and pan-fry in skillet until browned and no longer pink.
  • 3 place 1 oz cheese on top of each lamb chop, cover and continue to cook 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  • 4 remove lamb chops with a slotted spoon, to drain oil.
