Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup whole-milk plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 place all the ingredients in a deep mixing bowl and set the bowl over a larger bowl filled with ice.
- 2 whisk together until the mixture will hold soft, smooth peaks and is the consistency of whipped heavy cream. (this makes 2 cups of country cream. it can be kept, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3รข€“4 days.).
