Country Club Eggs- A Great Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 lb lamb sausage
- 8 eggs, lightly beaten
- 6 slices firm bread, cubed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 brown sausage in skillet, stirring until browned and crumbled. then drain.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- 3 pour mixture into a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
- 4 regfrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
- 5 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 6 bake for 45 minutes or until center tests done.
