- 1 cup creamed corn
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350f and grease an ovenproof casserole dish.
- 2 combine all ingredients and pour into prepared dish.
- 3 bake in oven 1 hour or until cornbread tests done.
