Ingredients
- 3/4 lb colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/4 lb bacon
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 cook bacon till crisp, drain.
- 3 crumble bacon and place in crust.
- 4 mix cheese and flour.
- 5 top bacon with cheese.
- 6 beat eggs with milk and horseradish.
- 7 pour eggs over cheese.
- 8 bake 45 minutes.
