Ceilidh Cheese Pie

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 lb bacon
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 cook bacon till crisp, drain.
  • 3 crumble bacon and place in crust.
  • 4 mix cheese and flour.
  • 5 top bacon with cheese.
  • 6 beat eggs with milk and horseradish.
  • 7 pour eggs over cheese.
  • 8 bake 45 minutes.
