Cheesy Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (3lbs)
• 1 (10 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
• 1/2 cup ricotta cheese (8oz)
• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon basil
• 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
• 2 tablespoons melted butter

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375.
• 2 cut small slit into jagged edge of chicken.
• 3 combine all ingredients except butter.
• 4 fill pocket with mixture (1-2tbsp).
• 5 brush butter all over chicken.
• 6 bake for 45-55 minutes.
• 7 warm sauce roughly 10 minutes before chicken being done. at about 5 minutes left pour sauce over chicken and finish baking.
