Brunch Casserole

Total Time: 53 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups croutons
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Recipe

  • 1 mix croutons and cheese; put into greased 2 qt casserole.
  • 2 whisk eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper well.
  • 3 pour over croutons.
  • 4 sprinkle with bacon.
  • 5 bake, uncovered at 325* for 45 minutes, or until set.
