Dee-lish Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup parmesan cheese
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 minced garlic clove
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
• 2 add minced garlic to saucepan and saute 1 minute.
• 3 combine beaten egg and whipping cream together and pour into saucepan.
• 4 add parmesan cheese and whisk until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
• 5 simmer until thickened.
• 6 pour over 1lb of your favorite pasta and enjoy!
