Chicken Egg Pie

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (8 ounce) package crescent roll dough
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese, 2 cups, divided
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 unroll crescent dough; separate into triangles.
  • 2 arrange in a greased 9 inch pie plate, forming crust; seal seams and perforations.
  • 3 sprinkle with 1 cup cheese, bacon and ham.
  • 4 in a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  • 5 pour over the ham.
  • 6 sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • 7 cover edges of crust loosely with foil.
  • 8 bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • 9 remove foil.
  • 10 bake 20 minutes longer or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
