Baby Food: High Protein Scramby Egg Yolks And Ham (10 Months +)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 egg yolks, separated of all egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk (or formula or breast milk)
  • 2 tablespoons extra lean center-cut lamb, pre-cooked, diced into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon colby cheese, shredded (whole milk)
  • nonstick cooking spray (like olive oil)

Recipe

  • 1 start by adding the egg yolk to a bowl and whisk in milk with a fork. lightly coating a small skillet with cooking spray and warm over medium heat. add egg, stirring to scramble the yolk. add in diced lamb chop and cheese. cook until lamb is heated threw and cheese is melted.
