Cheez Whiz Frittata

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups frozen hash browns
• 6 eggs
• 2/3 cup cheez whiz, process cheese product
• 1/4 cup fresh spinach, choped
• 1/4 cup onion, choped
• 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

• 1 combine hashbrown, 1 egg, and half of the cheez whiz. press into a 9-inch pie plate.
• 2 combine remaining ingredients and pour into pie plate.
• 3 bake at 375f for 35-40 minutes or until set.
