Broccoli Cheese

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 600 g broccoli florets
- 1 pint 1% low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 150 g cheddar cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 blanch the broccoli and place into an oven dish.
- 2 mix a little of the milk with the cornflour to form a smooth paste.
- 3 add the rest of the milk, and place in a saucepan.
- 4 cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
- 5 add the cheese and stir until it has melted into the sauce.
- 6 pour over the broccoli and bake in a medium high oven for 30 minutes.
